After 10 years of creating and facilitating learning experiences, I have found that effective instructional design must be intentional design. Learning is not passive, and thus the learning solutions I provide are data-driven learning experiences that rely on gamification, interactivity, and scenario-based activities to engage learners and solve performance problems.
